Sunset Hike
The area is stunning at golden hour. Drive 5 minutes to Malibu Creek State Park for a quick trailhead sunset with views of the dramatic Goat Buttes rock formations — one of the most beautiful spots in the Santa Monica Mountains.

Dinner — Old Place Restaurant
Dinner at Old Place (Cornell, CA) is a must — an atmospheric 1860s stagecoach stop turned rustic chophouse, just 10 minutes from the venue. Reservations are highly recommended. For something more casual, Two Doughs Pizza is a laid-back local spot perfect for a relaxed pre-wedding evening.

Saturday — Wedding Day 🎉

Grab breakfast at your hotel or make a stop at Hibye Coffee in Westlake Village — the area's trendiest coffee spot, with inventive drinks and a great vibe. For a full brunch, Duke's Malibu is worth the scenic drive down Las Virgenes Canyon.

Morning at Your Leisure
Take a morning hike at Malibu Creek State Park (the trail to the M*A*S*H filming site and Century Lake is gentle and gorgeous), lounge at your hotel pool, or head down to Malibu Pier and the beach for a couple of hours.

Brunch Before You Go
Start Sunday slowly. The Mediterraneo at Westlake Village Inn is excellent for a leisurely farewell brunch. For something more casual, Sunrose California Eatery is a local brunch staple.
MID-MORNING
Optional: Morning Hike
Burn off the celebration at Malibu Creek State Park. The Rock Pool trail (3.5 miles round trip) winds through a spectacular volcanic gorge and ends at a natural swimming hole — a truly iconic Los Angeles experience.

Wine Tasting in Malibu
Saddlerock Ranch & Malibu Wine Safari offers both traditional tastings and their famous giraffe-spotting safari tour through the vineyard. Call ahead — weekend tastings book quickly. Also try Malibu Village Wines in the Malibu Country Mart.
AFTERNOON
Hit the Beach
You're only 25 minutes from the Pacific! Zuma Beach is wide, sandy, and perfect for a walk or swim. Leo Carrillo State Beach is more secluded and dramatic. Or park at Malibu Pier and stroll the promenade for a final slice of California before you head home.
