Malibou Lake is a unique oasis surrounded by over 5,000 acres of protected wilderness in the Santa Monica Mountains of Los Angeles, just inland from the legendary beaches of Malibu. In 1936, the members of the Malibou Lake Mountain Club built The Lodge to serve as the social center of their private lakeside community. For over 90 years this clubhouse has hosted weddings, meetings, conferences, dances, parties and celebrations of all kinds.
The Lodge offers both indoor and outdoor spaces for ceremonies and dining, with dancing hosted inside our Ballroom. The venue is fully furnished with dining tables, chairs and additional furnishings which can be arranged to suit your needs.
We host one event per day; you’ll have exclusive use of The Lodge and the grounds for your event.
