Additional Charges

In addition to venue rental and catering selections, events are subject to:

  • 22% Event Fee — covers company overhead including administrative staff, insurance, workmen's comp, staff training, furnishings maintenance, health & safety compliance, utilities, and operational expenses. The Event Fee is not a gratuity.
  • Suggested Gratuity of 15–25% of the staff total (18% added for convenience)
  • Current sales tax (9.75% as of publication)

Payment Schedule

  • A $5,000 non-refundable payment is due with your signed contract
  • 50% of your balance is due 60 days prior to your event
  • Remaining balance is due 14 days prior, adjusted for final guest count

  • The Lodge at Malibou Lake is managed exclusively by Chef Cordelia Catering
  • We're happy to accommodate special dietary preferences
  • Chef Cordelia provides all dining tables, chairs, buffet and cocktail tables, lounge seating, and dinnerware (plates, silverware, glassware, barware, serviceware, utensils)
  • All prices are subject to change
